- Coordinate with BYETS to select and onboard two existing RMG factories and formalize partnerships through MoUs.
- Develop and apply transparent selection criteria for identifying master trainers and supervisory trainees.
- Conduct written and viva assessments to ensure appropriate selection of trainers and trainees.
- Design and deliver a four-day Training of Trainers (ToT) program at factory premises.
- Support factories in developing utilization plans for master trainers to ensure sustainability.
- Deliver two batches of 13-day supervisory skills development training in each factory, ensuring at least 50% female participation.
- Facilitate trainee assessments through pre- and post-training evaluations to measure skill improvements.
- Collect, document, and report all training data through the BYETS MIS, including monthly reports, case studies and a final comprehensive report.
