- Secure suitable UN security-cleared hotel venue in Cox's Bazar equipped for 40 participants per event, including meeting rooms, projectors, sound systems, and registration facilities for two 2-day, 3-night residential ToT batches.
- Arrange transportation via business-class buses (e.g., Desh Travels/Shohag/Greenline) for round trips from Khulna to the venue for participants.
- Provide comprehensive food services, including breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks, and running tea/coffee with specified menus emphasizing no plastic use and glass-served water.
- Supply training materials such as notepads, pens, backpacks (genuine leather with embossed logos), printing materials, folders, and agendas.
- Organize accommodations in deluxe rooms (single occupancy) with complementary breakfast for participants over three nights per event.
- Engage professional photography and videography services, including 4K HD video with subtitles, compiling a 7-minute AV, and providing soft copies within 3 days. ·
- Allocate contingency funds for unforeseen costs, with all bills issued in UNDP's name and signed by the focal point.
