Key Activities:
Develop survey methodology for baseline, midline, and endline assessments using both quantitative and qualitative approaches aligned with STILE II's M&E framework.
Design and finalize data collection tools, including questionnaires, KIIs, and FGDs—followed by translation, pre-testing, and necessary refinements.
Recruit and train field teams, including field supervisors and assistants, ensuring high-quality and ethical data collection practices.
Conduct field data collection across targeted communities, including structured surveys, key informant interviews (KIIs), and focus group discussions (FGDs).
Manage and process data, including entry, cleaning, coding, and preparation of datasets in SPSS/STATA/ASCII format with complete labeling.
Prepare and submit analytical reports (baseline, midline, endline), integrating feedback and aligned with GIZ reporting standards.
Coordinate with stakeholders including GIZ, NGOs, and community leaders to ensure smooth execution, local engagement, and reporting.
