Description of actual services provided by our Staff:

Key Activities:

  • Develop survey methodology for baseline, midline, and endline assessments using both quantitative and qualitative approaches aligned with STILE II's M&E framework.
  •  Design and finalize data collection tools, including questionnaires, KIIs, and FGDs—followed by translation, pre-testing, and necessary refinements.
  • Recruit and train field teams, including field supervisors and assistants, ensuring high-quality and ethical data collection practices.
  • Conduct field data collection across targeted communities, including structured surveys, key informant interviews (KIIs), and focus group discussions (FGDs).
  • Manage and process data, including entry, cleaning, coding, and preparation of datasets in SPSS/STATA/ASCII format with complete labeling.
  •  Prepare and submit analytical reports (baseline, midline, endline), integrating feedback and aligned with GIZ reporting standards.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders including GIZ, NGOs, and community leaders to ensure smooth execution, local engagement, and reporting.
