- Desk review of existing assessment reports and relevant training materials.
- Preparation of detailed work plan and methodology for activity implementation.
- Submission of Inception Report.
- Identification of key stakeholders and participants in consultation with UNDP.
- Preparation of a stakeholder engagement plan with contact lists and roles.
- Conduct consultative meetings with target respondents to gather training needs and contextual insights.
- Identification of capacity and training gaps based on desk review, assessment, and TNA.
- Preparation and submission of Training Needs Assessment Report.
- Development of training curriculum and materials for training courses; incorporation of UNDP feedback.
- Preparation of session plans, pre- and post-test evaluation tools, and supporting materials.
- Submission of finalized Training Curriculum and Materials.
- Arrangement of venue, logistics, accommodation, food, and other facilities for training batches.
- Facilitation of training sessions for 14 batches
- Conduct pre- and post-training evaluations to assess learning outcomes and effectiveness.
- Drafting of Final Training Report including reach, outcomes, impact, pictorial evidence, and recommendations.
- Sharing draft report with UNDP, incorporating feedback, and submitting the Final Training Report with all deliverables and follow-up actions.
