Narrative Description of the Project:

IPTM successfully executed a pivotal assignment for the Soil Resource Development Institute (SRDI) under the Ministry of Agriculture. This significant project encompassed three foreign training programs conducted in Nepal, Malaysia, Vietnam, along with three enlightening study tour program held in Thailand, Vietnam & Netherlands.  Through these initiatives, IPTM played a vital role in enhancing knowledge exchange and capacity building within the agriculture sector, fostering international collaboration and furthering the development of soil resources in Bangladesh's agricultural sector. The duration of that assignment was from January-June 2019. Under this assignment, a total of 24 participants received training.

• Assistance for Passport renewal or issue, visa processing and Air-ticket
• Health and travel insurance assistance
• Pre-departure formalities

• Arranged Welfare guide & translator and land surface transport  
• Arranged refreshment, working lunch with welcome and closing dinner
• Orientation to the course / program
• Arrangement of expert-led lecture session
• Arrangement of expert-led training session
• Arrangement of the appointments, meetings and field visit with relevant officials
• Sightseeing and cultural tours
• Monitoring and evaluation of the program
