It's great to hear about the Training of the Trainers (ToT) and Training of the Assessors (ToA) organized by IPTM from January 29th to February 12th, 2024, at EMS Apparel under the BYETS project of Swisscontact. The inaugural session witnessed the participation of key individuals from both IPTM and EMS Apparel.

The objective of the Training of the Trainers (TOT) and Training of the Assessors (TOA) conducted by IPTM is to establish Master Trainers for EMS Apparel. These Master Trainers are crucial in developing skilled and multi-skilled operators within the organization. The aim is to enhance the capabilities of the workforce, ultimately leading to increased capacity and production efficiency at EMS Apparel.

Representing IPTM in the inaugural session were Ms. Mahmuda, Head of Operations, Training and Knowledge Management; Mr. Mohibur, Head of Admin and Finance; and Mr. Sudeep, Officer Training and Knowledge Management. On the EMS Apparel side, the event was graced by the presence of Mr. Shafiq, Head of IE and Planning; Mr. Mahbubur, Assistant Manager Admin and HR; and Mr. Tuhin, Assistant IE Manager.

This collaborative effort in training initiatives showcases the commitment of both IPTM and EMS Apparel to skill development and knowledge enhancement, contributing to the success of the BYETS project of Swisscontact.
